When Will the Winner Be Drawn?

The competition closes at 11:59 pm Monday 31 August 2026.

One lucky winner will be randomly drawn on Tuesday 1 September 2026 and contacted using the details provided on their entry.

Promoter

The promoter of this campaign is Fairfield Central Shopping Centre Pty Ltd (20 296 237 688), located at 2–30 Lakeside Drive, Idalia QLD 4811 (Promoter).

Promotion Period

The promotion will run from Tuesday 18 August 2026 to Monday 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to all customers of Fairfield Central.

Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide their details on their behalf.

Employees, contractors, and suppliers of Fairfield Central and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to deem any participant ineligible where these conditions are not met.

Prize

One (1) Full Season Family Membership to the North Queensland Cowboys for the 2027 season, comprising two (2) adults and two (2) children (“Prize”).

The membership structure may be adjusted, in consultation with the winner and the North Queensland Cowboys, to best suit the winner’s family circumstances, subject to available membership options and equivalent value.

If the winner is an existing North Queensland Cowboys full season member for the 2027 season, the Prize cannot be exchanged for, refunded, credited towards, or otherwise applied to an existing membership.

The Prize is subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and membership rules of the North Queensland Cowboys.

The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any changes to the Prize, including changes to membership inclusions, benefits, seating, availability, or other conditions imposed by the North Queensland Cowboys. 

Entry Mechanics

To enter the promotion, customers must, during the Promotion Period:

• SPEND $10 or more in a single transaction at any participating Fairfield Central retailer;

• COLLECT the original receipt from the qualifying purchase;

• WRITE their name and contact number and/or email address on the back of the receipt; and

• DROP the completed receipt into the designated entry barrel located outside Kmart at Fairfield Central.

Each qualifying transaction constitutes one (1) entry.

Entry Requirements

Receipts must be original, legible, and clearly show the purchase amount, retailer, and date of transaction.

Only receipts dated within the Promotion Period will be accepted.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is accompanied by a separate qualifying transaction and receipt.

Receipts cannot be reused, altered, photocopied, or combined with other transactions.

Any receipts deemed fraudulent, tampered with, illegible, or otherwise invalid will be rejected.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify receipts and request proof of purchase where required.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly drawn on Tuesday 1 September 2026.

The draw will be conducted by Fairfield Central or its authorised representative.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on their entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the draw (by Tuesday 8 September 2026), is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the Prize to another eligible entrant.

The winner may be announced on Fairfield Central’s social media channels, subject to any applicable privacy requirements and the winner’s consent where required.

Prize Redemption

The winner will be contacted by Fairfield Central, and their details will be provided to the North Queensland Cowboys to facilitate coordination and redemption of the Prize.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner in connection with the Prize unless expressly stated otherwise.

General Conditions

Fairfield Central is located at 2–30 Lakeside Drive, Idalia QLD 4811.

Fairfield Central reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. No retrospective entries or claims will be accepted.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, or incorrectly completed entries.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If the promotion is unable to proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including but not limited to supply issues, technical issues, weather events, or operational disruptions, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion.

By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy

Personal information may be collected as part of participating in this promotion, including the participant’s name, contact number and/or email address for purposes such as entry verification, winner notification, prize administration, and promotion administration.

Participants must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and used only for the purposes of administering the promotion, including contacting the winner and facilitating the Prize.

Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes without the participant’s prior consent.

The Promoter may disclose personal information to third-party contractors or service providers, including promotional agencies and the North Queensland Cowboys, where reasonably required to administer the promotion, contact the winner, or facilitate the Prize.

The Promoter will not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties unless required or authorised by law.

The Promoter may collect and use non-identifiable, aggregated data for internal reporting, analysis, and evaluation of the promotion.

By entering the promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
