Tickets are for children only. Adults attending do not require a ticket.
Minimum age is 2 years, and all children must be supervised at all times.
Walk-ins may be accepted on the day, subject to availability, but access to select activities may be restricted.
Tickets are limited and will sell out fast - book early to avoid a frightful disappointment!

1. Promoter
The promoter of this event is Fairfield Central, managed by Lancini Property Group, located at 2-30 Lakeside Drive, Idalia, QLD 4811.
2. Event Period
The Halloween Spooktacular event will be held on Sunday 26 October 2025 from 9:00am – 12:45pm, and include two ticketed sessions:
Session One: 9:00am – 10:30am (Trick or Treat: 10:30am – 10:45am)
Session Two: 11:00am – 12:30pm (Trick or Treat: 12:30pm – 12:45pm)
Participants may only attend the session they are registered for.
3. Eligibility
Children aged 2 years and over are eligible to participate, or as determined appropriate by the accompanying guardian.
Only children require tickets. Adults attending with children do not require a ticket.
Each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.
Walk-ins may be accommodated on the day, subject to availability.
Walk-ins may have restricted access to certain activities, including but not limited to:
Creepy Crawly Donut Decorating
Ghastly Goo Slime Making
Any stations at capacity at the time of arrival
Employees and immediate family of Fairfield Central retailers and management may attend but are not eligible for major prize draws.
4. Event Inclusions
Each ticketed child will receive access to:
12 themed Activity Stations
A Trick or Treat Trail
A Centre-wide Scavenger Hunt
All craft and workshop materials.
5. Registration / Entry Mechanics
Tickets are free and available through our website (via Eventbrite) from 9:00am (AEST), Monday 20 October 2025, until sold out.
Session One: 300 tickets available
Session Two: 400 tickets available
Tickets are required for children only. Adults accompanying children do not require a ticket.
Access to the Trick or Treat Trail is available to all attendees, pending capacity limits and event staff discretion.
Entry to the Scavenger Hunt prize draw is by submitting a completed clue sheet, including the correct and eligible Secret Word along with the participant's name and contact details.
6. Participation Requirements
Only ticketed children will have access to all event activities and full treat collection.
Adults must supervise and remain with children at all times.
Minimum age of participation is 2 years, or as determined appropriate by the accompanying guardian.
Select activities and workshops may have limited capacity and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Walks-ins may be permitted at select activity stations, subject to availability.
The Trick or Treat is limited to the scheduled time during each session and only available to registered children.
7. Activity Availability

Please note: Station availability, queue times, and offerings may vary throughout the day. Activities may be subject to change without prior notice.
8. General Conditions
This workshop is hosted by external supplier, Charlibelle Parties (ABN 51 543 578 904).
Fairfield Central is located at 2-30 Lakeside Drive, Idalia QLD 4811.
The Promoter or event supplier reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any part of the event at any time, without prior notice.
Final decisions regarding capacity, safety, crowd management, access, and operational concerns rest solely with Fairfield Central management and its event team
The event is subject to weather, safety, and operational conditions.
By attending, participants and guardians agree to follow all safety instructions, event signage, and staff directions.
By attending, participants consent to photography and filming. Images and footage may be used by Fairfield Central or Charlibelle Parties for promotional purposes, including digital and social media.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of participating in the event, except for where liability cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe behaviour or non-compliance with event rules
9. Privacy
Personal information collected for registration and prize draws will be used solely for event administration and winner contact purposes.
Scavenger Hunt entries will be securely stored and destroyed after prize distribution.
No personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
