Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Fairfield Central Shopping Centre, in partnership with Gallivanter Travel, located at 2-30 Lakeside Drive, Idalia QLD 4811.
Competition Period
The competition opens at 9am, Tuesday February 2026 and closes at 4pm, Saturday 28 February 2026 (“Competition Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Townsville and surrounding areas aged 18 years and over.
Customers under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Employees of Fairfield Central, Gallivanter Travel, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Prizes / Prize Details
The prize is one (1) $5,000 Gallivanter Travel gift voucher.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated by Gallivanter Travel.

Voucher validity: 3 years from the date of issue
Value: $5,000 AUD
Entry Mechanics
To enter the competition, participants must, during the Competition Period:
SPEND $20 or more in a single transaction at any participating Fairfield Central retailer.
COLLECT the original receipt (or a clear photograph or screenshot of the receipt) from the qualifying purchase.
VISIT Gallivanter Travel located at Fairfield Central.
COMPLETE an official entry form and SUBMIT it, together with the receipt, into the entry barrel located at Gallivanter Travel.
Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying purchase.
Only one entry per receipt is permitted.
Entry Requirements
Entries must be completed truthfully and legibly in accordance with the instructions above.
Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be deemed invalid.
Entries that are offensive, fraudulent, or tampered with will be disqualified.
Winner Selection / Judging Criteria
One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will take place on Monday 2 March 2026.
The winner will be contacted directly and must claim their prize within 14 days.
All decisions by Fairfield Central and Gallivanter Travel regarding the draw and winner selection are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Availability / Redemption
The prize must be collected in person from Gallivanter Travel at Fairfield Central within 14 days of notification, by Monday 16 March 2026.
If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, Fairfield Central and Gallivanter Travel reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Fairfield Central and Gallivanter Travel, as well as normal gift voucher terms and conditions.
General Conditions
Fairfield Central and Gallivanter Travel reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Entries must be made at the time of purchase; no retrospective claims will be accepted.
The promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, or misdirected.
The promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Privacy
Personal information collected on entry forms, including name, contact details, and receipt information, will be used by Fairfield Central and Gallivanter Travel for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner, and managing promotional activities.
By entering, participants also consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition.
