Construction Updates
Centre Exit onto Bruce Highway
In the coming days, construction will commence on our new left-out access from Fairfield Central onto the Bruce Highway, providing an additional exit for customers leaving the Centre. Once complete, this will complement our existing Bruce Highway entry.
There’s no perfect time to undertake a project like this, and we understand it may cause some inconvenience, particularly during peak periods. However, our team will be working closely with the contractor to minimise disruption wherever possible, and we’d appreciate your patience during this time.
What’s Happening:
🚧 Construction Works:
Construction is scheduled to commence on Monday 9 November, with completion expected by the end of February 2027, weather permitting. The new Centre exit will open once the works are complete.
🚗 Traffic Management:
MKM Civil will coordinate traffic management, with traffic controllers onsite throughout construction and in the lead-up to Christmas to help direct vehicles and maintain safe traffic flow.
🚘 Centre Access:
The existing Bruce Highway entry will be CLOSED during construction. All other Centre entries and exits will remain open and accessible throughout this period.

🅿️ Parking:
Some car parks will be temporarily unavailable during construction. We’ll do our best to minimise the impact on customer parking and access wherever possible.
⚠️ Safety:
Please slow down and take extra care when driving near construction zones and throughout the car park. Follow all onsite signage and directions from traffic controllers.
